Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the post-production services provided by Wisula (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By working with us or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
Continued engagement with Wisula constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms.
2. Service Description
Wisula provides professional post-production services, including but not limited to:
Editorial work
Color styling and color correction
Sound enhancement and mixing
Motion graphics and visual refinements
Finishing and export preparation
Social-media formatting and adaptations
All services are delivered digitally. No physical service or on-site production is offered.
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all raw footage, materials, and final deliverables.
Wisula does not claim copyright over your content.
By sharing materials with Wisula, you confirm that you own the rights to all content provided (including music, footage, graphics, and logos).
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Wisula permission to use completed projects or selected excerpts for portfolio, reel, or promotional purposes.
If you do not wish your content to be used in our portfolio, you must inform us in writing before work begins.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate project details, materials, and instructions
Supply all files in usable, industry-standard formats
Deliver any required brand assets (logos, fonts, references)
Ensure that all provided materials comply with copyright laws
Respond promptly to requests for clarification to avoid delays
Wisula is not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete client materials.
5. Revisions Policy
Unless otherwise specified:
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds
Revisions must remain within the original project scope
Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges
A “revision” is defined as adjustments to existing edits, not new scenes, reshoots, or significant structural changes.
6. Delivery & File Handling
Final files are delivered digitally via cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar).
Wisula is not responsible for long-term file storage.
Clients must download and back up all deliverables within 14 days of receiving the final files.
File loss caused by third-party platforms or client-side storage issues is not Wisula’s responsibility.
7. Payment, Refunds & Project Start
Work begins once payment terms are agreed upon.
Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Completed or partially completed work cannot be refunded.
Refunds are not issued for delays caused by incomplete client materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wisula will not be held liable for:
Data loss
Third-party platform failures
Copyright issues related to client-provided materials
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wisula and its affiliates against all claims, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from:
Misuse of our services
Copyright infringement caused by materials you provided
Violation of these Terms
10. Termination
Wisula reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time.
If service is terminated due to client breach of Terms, no refunds will be issued.
